Problem description:

After upgrading from Exchange2013 CU7 to CU20 and installing the patch Exchange2013-KB4340731-x64-zh-hans (CU20), 1310 errors were found in the event log, as shown in the following figure

Then log in to ECP and OWA to report an error.

Solution: open IIS, expand website Exchange Back End, expand ECP- Application Settings-BinSearchFolders remove the following

% ExchangeInstallDir%bin;%ExchangeInstallDir%bin\ CmdletExtensionAgents;%ExchangeInstallDir%ClientAccess\ Owa\ bin

3. Add the following

D:\ ExchangeSrv\ bin;D:\ ExchangeSrv\ bin\ CmdletExtensionAgents;D:\ ExchangeSrv\ ClientAccess\ Owa\ bin

4. After restarting IIS, the error disappeared.

If this method doesn't work, uninstall the Exchange2013-KB4340731-x64-zh-hans (CU20) patch, and then run it as an administrator to make sure that the content in IIS is the same as the modified content in the above steps.

The problem has been solved.
