CTOnews.com April 5, Sony launched its latest TWS wireless headset WF-C700N, with three levels of active noise reduction, wind noise reduction and IPX4-level waterproof functions to achieve adaptive sound control, such as detecting that you are waiting at the bus stop will automatically switch to the environment mode, and then automatically switch back to the noise reduction mode after getting on the bus.

The headphones, available in black, white, lavender and sage, are priced at £99.99 / EUR 119.99 / $119.99 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB826) and go on sale on April 5.

WF-C700N weighs only 4.6g per ear and is based on Bluetooth 5.2 (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP). It supports SBC and AAC audio codec. It is worth mentioning that Sony has promised to update the multipoint pairing feature on OTA later this summer.

The WF-C700N supports DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement engine) and uses Sony's original 5mm driver unit to provide strong bass and vocal effects while keeping its size small. In addition, users can apply EQ settings through Sony Headphones Connect to suit their tastes.

The new headset can also enable functions such as 360Reality Audio spatial audio, DSEE sound upgrade and equalizer fine tuning through the Headphones Connect application. Each headset is equipped with a physical button for custom operation.

Sony said the headset can play music for 7.5 hours with ANC turned on and battery life up to 10 hours with ANC off; if equipped with a battery case, it will be delayed to 15 hours and 20 hours.

At present, this headset has been on the shelves of JD.com International, but it is an imported product, so it has reached 1596 yuan.
