According to news from Xiaopeng Motor on April 4, the company has completed the renovation and upgrading of more than 160 stations in the first quarter of 2023. At the same time, Xiaopeng added another 349 third-party free charging stations in the first quarter.

The site upgrade covers 91 cities across the country, and Xiaopeng has launched a total of 186 S4 ultra-fast charging stations across the country.

In addition, as of April 1, Xiaopeng charging accumulated more than 2200 charging stations, Xiaopeng self-charging stations totaled more than 1000, and the coverage rate of 3km supplementary life circle in core cities was as high as 83.9 percent.

Xiaopeng said that Xiaopeng charging will continue to expand the S4 ultra-fast charging network layout, and about 500 stations with S4 ultra-fast charging capacity are expected to be completed by 2023.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, the maximum power per pile of Xiaopeng S4 self-developed overcharge pile is 480kW, the maximum current per pile is 670A, the peak charging power is 400kW, and it supports Xiaopeng G9, which is known as 5-minute charging 200km (CLTC).

In addition, Xiaopeng Automobile official site demonstrated the actual test of Xiaopeng S4 self-developed super-charging pile to charge the car, and the 5-minute charging mileage increased 210km, which is higher than advertised.
