Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, April 3, LinusTechTips previously released a video to test the upcoming T700 PCIe 5.0SSD from Micron Inc. with an official expected 4K random write speed of 1500K IOPS.

According to the latest online exposure of PPT, more parameters of the Ying Ruida T700 have been exposed, officially calling it "the world's fastest PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSD", using PCIe 5.0x4 interface and M.2 2280 specification, and has three versions of 1TB / 2TB / 4TB.

The Ying Ruida T700 boasts sequential read / write speeds as high as 12400MB/s and 11800MB/s, nearly twice as fast as PCIe 4.0 SSD and 22 times as fast as SATA hard drives.

The SSD is compatible with the latest Intel 13th generation Cool and AMD Auron 7000 series processors, backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 and 4.0, uses the parent company Micron's latest 232layer TLC NAND flash memory, cluster E26 master control, and is equipped with a passive radiator (nickel plated copper backplane and aluminum heat sink module) to reduce noise, or can be purchased separately without a radiator version.

The Ying Ruida T700 also supports Microsoft DirectStorage technology and TCG Opal 2.01 hardware-level encryption, and the price information is currently unknown.
