Guizhou Moutai has become the "most valuable Chinese brand" and the only trillion-class brand for the fifth time in a row. Although the brand value of Douyin fell 33% to 160 billion yuan, it rose one place to tie for fourth place with Wechat. Although it fell 25% to 120 billion yuan, it rose two places to seventh.

CTOnews.com learned from the official that pinduoduo, Tmall and Taobao fell out of the top 10, Pinduoduo fell from 10th to 14th, Tmall from 7th to 15th, and Taobao from 8th to 28th. Among the top 300 brands, there are 121 new brands on the list, of which 19 are food and beverage brands, followed by financial and alcohol brands, with 15 and 14 respectively. 38 new brands on the list entered the top 200, led by Winona, while others include Xijiu, Honey Ice City, Eastroc Super Drink, Yuantong, Libai, Seven-dimensional Space, Didi Freight and so on.

All 14 parent companies have more than one brand on the list. Alibaba is still the parent company with the largest number of brands on the list, with a total of eight brands on the list, of which Tmall, Taobao and Cainiao are in the top three. Douyin and Wechat tied for the most valuable private brands. The brand value of Douyin fell 33% to 160 billion yuan, but rose one place. The brand value of Wechat fell 35%. The brand value of Tencent fell 47% to 125 billion yuan, keeping private third place.
