In the specification, PRO A620M-E provides an x16 slot of PCI-E 4.0 protocol, which can be used to install graphics cards, and an additional PCI-E 3.0x1 slot is provided, which can usually install independent sound cards, expansion cards and other devices. DDR5 specification is still used in memory, 6400MHz is supported at the highest frequency, and dual-channel mode is supported.

On the internal interface, the motherboard provides an M.2 interface of PCI-E 4.0x4 specification, which has a maximum transmission speed of more than 7GB per second and remains backward compatible, in addition to four SATA3 ports, which can be used to install a 2.5in SATA disk or a 3.5inch mechanical hard disk. The back interface has its own HDMI 2.1and VGA video interface, and the USB side is equipped with multiple USB 3.2GEN1 (5Gb) ports, and more USB interfaces can be expanded on board.

The network side supports gigabit network, while the audio side uses 7.1channel output capability that supports AUDIO BOOST technology.

MSI said the motherboard will be available in the near future.
