RPM version 4.19 provides x86-64 v2 / v3 / v4 functional framework support for x86-64 microarchitecture, which can be more widely used in Fedora or other RPM-based Linux distributions.

RPM 4.19 is also set to add a new rpmsort utility to sort RPM versions.
