Today, I will bring you 5 basic table effects. There are some in the chart video, and our public number must also have them!
01. Important data highlight the first chart, alternate colors, and then highlight the data of column 2021 with bold lines. The whole is simple, clean and beautiful:
This table effect, if it was before, I might have inserted two bold lines manually.
Now, let's standardize the operation and see ~
First, insert a table with 8 columns and 5 rows, and merge the first two columns and the last two columns into cells by row:
Then enter the data:
Select the table, and in Layout-Alignment, center the text vertically and align the first column of text to the left and the data column to the right:
At this point, found that the spacing on both sides is too welt, you can select the table, in Layout-alignment, select cell margins-wide (you can also set margins freely):
Set text format, then select the table. In Table Design-Table Style, select Light Style 1-Emphasis 4:
Set the bottom border of the header and table to a distinct color, box the following four rows, and set the light internal horizontal border:
The basic beautification of the chart is complete. Next, highlight column 2021 with bold lines.
Select the fifth column, rows 1 and 2, insert a thick inner horizontal border, and do the same at the bottom:
At this time, because the last column header has one more line of text, it is not aligned with the previous header.
You need to add spaces to the first five columns and copy the text size of " % change" to align the header horizontally:

02. Highlight a row or column by filling it with color to highlight a column, which looks very clean and tidy:
First, insert a table with 5 columns and 7 rows, and merge the first two columns into cells:
Enter data and set table layouts and text formats:
Then cancel shading fill and select no border:
Set the bottom border of the header to dark and the other horizontal borders to light:
Select column 2021, set the shading fill to white, and change the text color to orange:

03. Creative table header Based on the previous table, the filling of the header has been changed to heteromorphic:
First, insert a table with 10 columns and 7 rows, and merge the first two columns into cells by row:
Set the cell width of the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th columns to about 0.2 (first set the left and right margins of the text to 0) as the blank interval of each column of data:
Enter the data, and in Table Design-Border, select No Border.
Then set the inner horizontal line of "Light + Dashed Line" column by column (avoid selecting the middle column):
Modify the text color and font size, then insert a rounded shape with the same height and width as the header, copy and paste, select the image or texture fill:
Finally, highlight the 2020 column with the method of the second chart, and the whole chart will be completed:
04. The table is different from the previous tables in that the data list here uses icons or pictures instead to look more intuitive and organized:
First, insert a table with 3 columns and 12 rows, and set the heights of columns 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 to about 0.4:
Then enter the data, modify the shading of the table and remove the border:
Insert a shape of the same height and width as the table, and choose a color that is different from the background color:
Copy and paste, select the first column, then select Picture or Texture Fill:
In the next two columns, insert two icons and fill them with pictures together with shapes:

Insert a table with 7 columns and 6 rows, setting the width of the first and last columns to about 0.58 cm:
Set the shading fill to no fill, the inner horizontal border of the middle 5 columns to be a light straight line, and then enter the data to see the effect:
Set the fill color of the Screw Parts column to orange, and set the shadow and white border:
