Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--
Sometimes, when we copy a table in Excel, you will find that the table copied elsewhere has been "deformed" and is not quite the same as the original table. What's going on? So how can I copy the table and leave the original format unchanged?
As shown in the following figure:
Copy the table directly and paste it somewhere else, and you will find that the row height and column width are deformed.
How can I copy it to keep the source format unchanged?
1, copy table retention format with row height and column width Click the triangle button next to the top A, you can select the entire table, and then copy, and then position the cursor to the target cell, paste. The format of the copied table, as well as the row height and column width are exactly the same.
2, copy the entire row to retain the source format the above method is to copy the contents of the entire worksheet, but if you have multiple tables in the worksheet, you only need to copy one of the tables, then you can first select the entire row of the table to copy, and then to the target cell "right"-"selective paste"-"keep the source column width".
3. Copy the garbled code of the table with the formula. When we copy the table with the formula, the formula will be disordered due to the change in the position of the cell.
Here, it is suggested that you can convert the copied formula into numerical paste.
We can be divided into three steps to paste, after copying the table with the formula, navigate to the target cell of the paste, "right"-"selective paste" select "column width" to determine. Then "right" again-"paste selectively" and select "numeric" to determine. Finally, select format.
The table pasted in this way retains both the format and the column width, and converts the formula to a numerical value.
Copy the theme and color of the table sometimes copy the table, but the color of the table changes. What's going on?
This is because the theme styles and colors used in the table have not been copied.
We can advance the source table and click "Page layout"-"theme"-"Save current theme".
Open the copied table and go to "Page layout"-"theme". Find and use our previously saved theme here to restore the table color.
