CTOnews.com learned from the UL press release that FSR 2.2 can be used for related functional testing in 3DMark Advanced and Professional Editions.

This functional test will compare AMD FSR 2.2 technology with traditional rendering methods time domain anti-aliasing (TAA) to help compare the performance and image quality of AMD FSR 2.2 technology.

Functional testing also includes the 3DMark Frame Inspector tool, which interactively compares the image quality of AMD FSR 2 technology and raw resolution rendering.
