This chip is equipped with Amou Technology (China) self-developed "Zhouyi" NPU and Arm IP, has many innovations in high-performance computing power and AI performance, can support the development of rich intelligent driving functions, and meets the requirements of high performance, high reliability and high security for vehicle specification-level hardware. The development of fixed-point models for this chip is progressing steadily and is expected to be carried in the brands of Geely and FAW.

The core technology mass production of "Yuanyuan No. 1" is the first domestic car specification-level 7nm intelligent cockpit chip, with both high computing power and high security. The chip adopts multi-core heterogeneous ultra-large-scale SoC design, integrates 87-layer circuits and has 8.8 billion transistors. In addition to CPU, GPU and programmable NPU kernel, it also has powerful VPU, ISP, DPU, DSP clusters, built-in information security engine in accordance with national secret algorithm and security island design in accordance with ASIL-D standards, providing comprehensive computing support and security guarantee for intelligent cockpit applications.

Amou Technology self-developed Zhouyi NPU to provide AI assistance. Zhouyi NPU can adapt more than 100 operators and more than 100 models, and supports user-defined operator development, thus supporting customers' private models; secondly, Zhouyi NPU can double the performance of AI when running part of the neural network model by optimizing the micro-architecture. In addition, the "Book of changes" NPU supports security extensions, which can effectively protect user data and AI algorithms on the chip, and provide customized AI solutions for various application scenarios. The official said that the "7nm No.1" is the first domestic intelligent cockpit chip of the specification class of the car, which is currently the most advanced product on the international market in terms of design, craftsmanship and performance. It shows strong performance in smart car applications, bringing smooth operation and operation experience.

In February this year, Yijiatong Technology, a travel technology company, and core technology, a car-grade chip company it invested in, jointly announced that they would deepen strategic cooperation with FAW of China to jointly develop an intelligent cockpit platform based on the chip "Yijia No.1". The smart cockpit is scheduled for mass production by the end of 2023 and is expected to be carried on China's FAW model. It is a computing platform that integrates global on-board operating systems and software stacks, and can also support Android Automotive and GAS-based Google ecological service experience for the global market, which will bring high-performance intelligent cockpit solutions for vehicle enterprises.

The SoC chip is a gauge-level cockpit system-level AI chip designed by 7nm process, with 8.8 billion transistors, which meets the requirements of high performance, high reliability and high security for gauge-level hardware.

It is designed with multi-core heterogeneous architecture, with 8-core CPU, 14-core GPU and independent NPU with 8 TOPS AI computing power. At the same time, the audio and video processing capability can support up to 7 high-definition picture output and 12-channel video signal access, and is the first in the industry to be equipped with dual HiFi 5 DSP processors.

There are also independent functional security islands and information security islands built in to meet the ASIL-B level of system security functions. Different processor clusters independently serve different functional domains. At the same time, the platform takes the lead in using LPDDR5 high-speed memory module in the intelligent cockpit, which greatly improves the processing speed.
