1. Print Preview Shortcut Keys use the shortcut key "Ctrl + P" to quickly enter the print preview interface.

2, print the current page for a long document, there are many pages, if we only want to print one of the pages, we can first locate the cursor to that page, and then select "print current page".

3, specified range printing if you only need to print some of these pages, such as: pages 4, 5, 6, we can enter "4-6" in the "number of pages".

4. Print any discontiguous pages if you only need to print some separate discontiguous pages, such as: pages 2, 4, 9, we can enter "2Jing 4Jing 9".

Of course, we can also use it in combination. For example, if we print pages 2, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, we can enter "2, 6, 6, 8-12".

5. Print the selected content sometimes, we don't have to print a page, maybe we just need to print a paragraph of it. Then we need to select the content that needs to be printed in the Chinese document, and then enter "print"-"Settings"-"print the selected area".

6. Print odd pages and even pages. Odd pages and even pages are suitable for printing on both sides of the paper. We can print odd pages first, and then even pages.

7. Vertical horizontal printing if you need to print the vertical page horizontally or horizontally, we can select it in "print"-"Settings".

Printing background colors and pictures you may find that what is printed on the paper, the background is not printed, what is the situation?

In fact, Word by default, does not print the background color or background picture, we have to set it before we can print it. Go to "File"-"options"-"display". At the bottom, we can see "print options" and check "print background colors and images".

9. Printing in reverse order Word printing starts from the first page to the last page, and finally the first page is pressed at the bottom and the last page is at the top. At this time, we need to arrange them manually. Isn't that troublesome?

If we set it to print in reverse order, it won't be so troublesome. We start printing from the last page, and when the print is finished, the top page happens to be the first page.

Setting method: go to "File"-"options"-"Advanced", find "print" on the right, and then check "print Page in reverse order" to determine.

Of course, the output direction of each printer is different, and some printers do not need to be set up.

Manual double-sided printing double-sided printing is divided into manual and automatic, automatic double-sided printing needs the support of the printer. If the printer does not support it, you can only choose manual duplex printing, which requires you to take out the paper and flip it during the printing process.

11. Printing multiple pages to one page is a more economical way to print paper. We can print the contents of 2 pages or 4 pages or more pages onto one piece of paper. You can choose freely in each print at the bottom, but Mr. Yi suggested that you should only choose version 2 at most. If there are more, the words will be very small!
