Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by Wang Xiaochuan and Ru Liyun.

CTOnews.com found that Wang Xiaochuan made a rare voice about ChatGPT in February this year, and admitted that he was in "rapid preparation" in response to the news that 36 krypton would return to start a business to build a big model of AI.

The success of OpenAI is, first of all, the victory of technological idealism. China needs its own OpenAI, so it needs technological idealism.
