CTOnews.com March 29 news, according to game media IGN reported that Sega and Tencent do not plan to participate in E3 2023 game show. A number of game makers have previously confirmed that they will not participate in E3, including Xbox, Nintendo, PlayStation, Ubisoft and others.

A Sega spokesperson told IGN: "After careful consideration, we have decided not to participate in E3 2023. We look forward to sharing more information about announced and unannounced projects in the future."

CTOnews.com learned from the report that Tencent also revealed the same view to the media, saying that it would not participate in E3 2023. Tencent says Play Days is the ideal way to showcase its games to the media.
