CTOnews.com March 28 news, Hewlett-Packard today officially released the new OMEN Transcend 16 notebook.

According to reports, the OMEN Transcend 16 is equipped with a Mini LED display, a 16:10 ratio, a 240Hz refresh rate and a HDR 1000 brightness.

In terms of design, the laptop, with a magnesium alloy frame, is Hewlett-Packard's thinnest and lightest gaming laptop to date, weighing less than 2.1kg, 19.9mm thick and a built-in 97Whr battery pack.

In terms of configuration, this series of notebooks are equipped with 13-generation Core HX series processors, optional RTX 4070 graphics cards, and use OMEN Tempest cooling system.

Hewlett-Packard also unveiled a new generation of OMEN 16 laptops, which officials say is the most powerful OMEN model to date, with the highest i9-13900HX mobile processor or Ryzen 9 7940HS mobile processor, optional NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 notebook GPU, screen optional QHD 240Hz, and response time 3ms.

The OMEN Transcend 16 laptop is expected to go on sale in early spring, starting at $1669.99 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 11506 yuan).
