In terms of parameters, R9 7900 X3D is 12 cores and 24 threads, with 140MB large cache and acceleration frequency up to 5.6GHz. It is reported that two CCDs are used inside this processor, namely a 6-core 3D V-Cache CCD and a 6-core standard CCD.

At the beginning of next month, AMD will launch the R9 7800 X3D with 8 cores and 16 threads, and its price has not been announced yet.
