CTOnews.com March 28 news, today Xiaomi Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the board of directors awarded a total of 189786414 award shares to 4110 marked participants under the share incentive Scheme on March 27. Based on the closing price of HK $12 per share on the award day, the total value of the shares is HK $2.277 billion (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB 1.997 billion).

According to CTOnews.com, Xiaomi Group had revenue of 280 billion yuan in 2022 and adjusted net profit of 8.5 billion yuan. The revenue of the smartphone business is 167.2 billion yuan, and 150.5 million smartphones are shipped worldwide. The average unit price of smartphones for the whole year reached 1111 yuan, a record high.

By the end of 2022, Xiaomi Group had a total of 16171 R & D personnel, an increase of 1579 over the end of last year, while the total number of full-time employees was 32543, a decrease of 884 from the end of last year. In other words, the number of non-R & D personnel was reduced by more than 2400.

In 2022, the total salary expenditure of Xiaomi Group (including share-based compensation expenses) was 16.6 billion yuan, an increase of about 20% over the previous year, and the average annual salary of employees was 510000 yuan, compared with 410000 yuan in 2021. The average monthly salary in 2022 and 2021 is 42500 yuan and 34400 yuan respectively.
