CTOnews.com March 27 news, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings show that social platform Soul once again submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing applications, Bank of America Securities, China International Capital Corporation as co-sponsors.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, the company had planned to list in the United States, but formally withdrew its listing plan in June 2022 and submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 30, 2022, but its listing application expired at the beginning of this year.

According to the prospectus, Soul's income from 2020 to 2022 was 498 million yuan, 1.2812 billion yuan and 1.6674 billion yuan respectively, and its gross profit margin was 79.9%, 85.2% and 86.3%, respectively. From 2020 to 2022, the company's net losses were 579.1 million yuan, 1.3244 billion yuan and 508.5 million yuan respectively.

As at December 31, 2020, 2021 and 2022, cash and cash equivalents were $626 million, $910.4 million and $668.4 million respectively.

In terms of operational data, the average number of monthly active users of Soul from 2020 to 2022 was 20.8 million, 31.6 million and 29.4 million respectively, while the average daily active users of the same period were 5.9 million, 9.3 million and 9.5 million respectively.
