The data of the three major projects to raise 8 billion yuan show that in 2022, BAIC Langu plans to issue shares to specific objects to raise no more than 8 billion yuan for: skateboard platform development projects for scene-oriented products, vehicle product upgrading and development projects, R & D and core capacity-building projects and supplementary liquidity.

(1) skateboard platform development project for scene-oriented products

The total investment of the project is 2 billion yuan, and the implementation body is BAIC New Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, to develop chassis platform technology suitable for each vehicle body, and to consider the matching with the performance and structure of the upper car body in the design according to the needs of different scenarios.

The modular development of the separation of weight and weight, with a high degree of flexibility and compatibility, can cover A, B, C wide / narrow vehicles, high / low vehicles, SUV, MPV, OneBox and other vehicles, integrate complex systems (chassis, three electricity, thermal management) into the lower body, one-time development investment, and greatly reduce the R & D cost and development cycle of vehicle development.

(2) vehicle product upgrade and development project

The total investment of this project is 2.68264 billion yuan, the main body of which is BAIC New Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, which upgrades and develops the complete vehicle products of pure electric vehicles of ARCFOX brand. The specific contents include the brand-new platform sports car (N51AB), the flagship product of strategic cooperation between BAIC New Energy and Huawei-B-class pure electric intelligent SUV (N62HBT) and boutique A-class cross-border vehicles (scene products). As well as the extreme performance, luxury and comfort C-class pure electric intelligent car (N61HBT) upgrade.

(III) R & D and core capacity-building projects

The total investment of this project is 1.67328 billion yuan, including three electric power technology capability enhancement project, intelligent network connection technology capability enhancement project and ARCFOX brand direct marketing SPACE marketing channel network construction project.

The total investment of the Sandian technical capability improvement project is 441.8 million yuan, including the electric drive powertrain upgrade development project, the vehicle electronic control intelligent cross-level experience promotion project, and the platform power battery system development project.

The total investment of the intelligent network connection technology capability enhancement project is 930.78 million yuan, including mass production-oriented self-driving core technology development, intelligent cockpit independent software and interactive experience platform, service-oriented vehicle control domain products and software development.

The total investment of ARCFOX brand direct selling SPACE marketing channel network construction project is 300.7 million yuan. This project is to lay out and develop BAIC new energy high-end brand ARCFOX, on the basis of previous investment planning, to build ARCFOX brand direct selling SPACE marketing channel network.

The three-year plan for the construction of the direct selling network of the project is to build 15 new SPACE in 8 core cities in 2022, with a cumulative operation of 30 stores; expand to 10 cities in 2023, with 10 new SPACE and a cumulative operation of 40 stores; and focus on the coverage of core business circles in 10 core cities in 2024, achieving a cumulative operation of 50 stores.

Data show that BAIC Langu's main business is the R & D, production, sales and service of pure electric new energy passenger vehicles and core components. BAIC New Energy, founded in 2009, is the first independent operation in China and the first enterprise to obtain the qualification for the production of new energy vehicles. BAIC New Energy is mainly engaged in the R & D, production, sales and service of pure electric new energy passenger vehicles and core components. It is one of the few new energy vehicle enterprises in China that master the core technology of pure electric vehicle three electricity system and vehicle integrated matching technology.

From 2019 to June 2022, the net profits attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profits and losses were-873.5975 million yuan,-6.6462194 billion yuan,-5.5435458 billion yuan and-220378.93 million yuan, respectively.
