CTOnews.com March 27 news, Ningde Times and battery energy storage project development company HGP reached an agreement for the supply of 450MWh battery energy storage project. The two sides will also establish a long-term partnership to promote the landing of utility-level and distributed energy storage projects up to 5GWh to meet the growing demand for renewable energy in Texas.

CTOnews.com learned from officials that the 450MWh battery energy storage project will be deployed in Texas and is expected to begin commercial operation in 2024. Ningde Times will provide HGP with outdoor prefabricated cabin system EnerC, which has the characteristics of high safety, long life and high integration. EnerC has both IP55 protection grade and C5 anti-corrosion grade, which can adapt to all kinds of extreme weather.
