It is forbidden for contracted enterprises to sell offline services that are not explicitly stated on the platform to customers.

Among them, it is also clear that the e-commerce platform will supervise the business behavior of the contracted car rental enterprises, and urge the contracted enterprises to operate in accordance with the regulations. Once the contracted enterprise has illegal business behavior or the contracted enterprise is interviewed about its related public opinion, the platform will take its service items off the shelves at the first time and actively cooperate with the relevant functional departments.

All representatives attending the meeting said one after another that they would fully cooperate with the relevant departments in investigating and dealing with violations of laws and regulations, urging their existing car rental enterprises to sign a "business commitment" and submit it to the Sanya City Transportation Bureau for the record; for the subsequent increase in the platform, they are required to complete the signing and filing work within 10 days, and regularly report the signing progress and violation information of the enterprises.

In addition, according to the Sanya Transportation Bureau, in order to enhance the travel satisfaction of citizens and tourists, standardize the operation order of the mini-bus rental market in Sanya, and optimize the business environment, the bureau reported 10 car rental enterprises with high complaint rates from January to March 2023. The 10 enterprises have been removed from the shelves by Ctrip, Flying Pig, Meituan, concave and Convex, car Rental, Wukong and Hello.
