CTOnews.com March 26 news, Tencent WeGame platform announced that it will hold "Game Night" on March 28, when the latest news of seven blockbusters will be released.

Tencent yesterday unveiled LOST ARK, the first game in Game Night, and today unveiled its second game, the Rebirth Edge, a shooting PC game created by NExT Studio.

The game was approved and obtained its version number in December last year. The overseas version will be launched through Steam and Epic Game Store on PC (released by Tencent's overseas agency Level Infinite) this summer, while additional login to PS5 and Xbox Series X / S platforms is expected. It is expected that WeGame will be exclusive in China.

This work is based on the near future world where nanotechnology has become the pillar of civilization, combining PVP and PVE games, players will play warriors against deadly technology products, and try to remove monsters called nanites in the meridian restricted area.

The Edge of Rebirth features fast-paced PvE and PvP modes and incorporates a new way of playing in shooter games, where players need to absorb the strength of the enemy into their own abilities.

The Edge of Rebirth is a free sci-fi shooter set in the near future where nanotechnology has become a pillar of civilization. After a disaster known as the "Great collapse", nanomechanics betrayed its creator by gobbling up human beings and turning them into deadly threats called "Nanos". Players will play "Runners" in this eschatological crisis, searching for precious nanomaterials called "Nerva" in the Meridian. Players can form a three-man team and engage in fierce PvE and PvP battles.

The Warriors can synchronize with the original nanoscale they defeat and assimilate with their core control to resist the nanoscale army or hostile players. Each nanoscale category-Destroyer, oppressor, Guardian, Prophet-has its own unique skills, and Warriors can choose the most appropriate one according to their own style of play. Warriors can also equip two nanoscales and switch at any time, such as incarnating saboteurs in melee combat, or incarnating prophets in lurking to spy on enemies and search for opponents.

In the "Edge of Rebirth" PvE mode, a team of three warriors will explore the wilderness, occupied industrial facilities, dark caves and other environments, collect resources, and confront swarms of nanites and powerful leaders, step by step to recapture the meridian zone infected by nanobots for the camp. In PvP mode, players will fight against other warriors and nanoscales and collect nanites as much as possible before the gatherers leave.

Like other classic Shubao shooters, Warriors have access to resources in PvE and PvP games to strengthen their characters and unlock powerful weapons and modules.

After the successful completion of the public trial in January this year, NExT Studios listened to the feedback from players and made some adjustments to improve the overall gaming experience before the official release of "the Edge of Rebirth":
