CTOnews.com March 25 news, OpenAI posted a blog post today, admitting that since March 20, some subscribers (about 1.2%) may see other people's personal information and payment information.

CTOnews.com translated some of the official blog posts as follows: "A few hours before we shut down ChatGPT on Monday, some users may go to another active member's name, email address, payment address, the last four digits of the credit card and the expiration time of the credit card. We promise not to disclose the full credit card number under any circumstances."

OpenAI believes that during that time frame, the number of ChatGPT Plus users who actually saw other people's personal and payment information was "very low". That said, the company is contacting people who may leak its information.
