Engineers who developed Pebble smartwatches recently formed a new company to launch small-screen phones with screens smaller than 6.1in.

The team has launched a project called Small Android Phone, and its leader, Ben Bryant, recently gave an interview to foreign technology media The Verge to reveal the specifications of the small screen phone.

Bryant said the phone mainly functions as a camera and should be equipped with a 5000-megapixel camera on the back of the phone, but did not release detailed camera specifications.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that the Small Android Phone project is still in the early stages of development and the team has not named it, but can be determined to be less than 6.1in. The processor may be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1 processor.
