Haima Automobile Co., Ltd. is carrying out the research and development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and plans to build a green vehicle ecosystem in Hainan Province, including upstream green energy production, mid-stream new energy vehicle R & D and manufacturing, and downstream shared travel, in order to achieve the zero carbon emission goal of the whole industry chain and lead the energy reform in the field of regional transportation. The two sides agreed to carry out business cooperation and establish a strategic partnership in the field of research and development and industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

1. Taking Hainan Island as a large-scale experience test ground, party B's third-generation hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are equipped with mature components and systems, including Toyota's second-generation Mirai stack, to complete vehicle adaptability development, and test with Party B's self-built hydrogen energy supply system and travel network. Strive to put into small batch (200units) to carry out demonstration operation in 2023, and plan the operation scale of 2000 units in 2025. While completing the above-mentioned vehicle development cooperation, the two sides will also fully share the relevant information in the above-mentioned vehicle operation and testing, so as to lay a foundation for further cooperation in the future.

2. while the first cooperative product is on the ground, the two sides will strengthen the exchange of information and jointly integrate advantageous resources at home and abroad. Through strategic cooperation between the two sides, we will jointly promote the promotion and application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the broader market in China.

3. After the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle market has reached a certain scale, the two sides explore the use of preferential policies such as value-added and duty-free processing of imported materials in Hainan Free Trade Port to establish a closer strategic cooperative relationship.

4. This agreement shall enter into force on the date when both parties are sealed and signed by authorized representatives. It is valid for ten years.
