CTOnews.com March 24, the hardware monitoring software Hwinfo V7.41 build 5020 has now added support for Intel's next-generation desktop processor Arrow Lake-S.

According to sources, Intel's new Meteor Lake series of processors to be launched later this year will be used only on mobile devices. This year's new desktop processor will be the 13th-generation Core Refresh version, and next year there will be a desktop platform for Arrow Lake-S processors and 800series motherboards. The Arrow Lake-S uses LGA 1851 slots, and the supporting motherboards include Intel Z890, B860 and H810.

According to Intel data, Intel's next-generation mobile platform Meteor Lake series will adopt the Intel 4 process, which is now ready. The Arrow Lake series will use the more advanced Intel 20A process, whose test chips have been rolled out and ready in the first half of 2024.
