CTOnews.com March 24 news, China Mobile's China Mobile Internet of things announced today that the first batch of smart wearable W217 products in cooperation between China Mobile OneOS and Ziguang Zhanrui has recently completed production line production.

▲ source: China Mobile China Mobile Internet of things said that this project integrates the OneOS Internet of things operating system with Ziguang Zhanrui's latest wearable chip W217 to realize the integration of core functions such as OTA, location services, RTC, and commercial use in its original customer Divo children's watch project.

According to reports, OneOS is a lightweight real-time operating system designed for the Internet of things. W217 is the latest highly integrated, low-power Cat 1 smartwatch chip, which supports VoLTE calls, high-precision positioning, eSIM independent calls and other functions.

CTOnews.com once reported that in 2019, China Mobile OneOS officially established research and development; in 2020, it launched the minimalist kernel OneOS 1.0; and in 2021, it released OneOS 2.0, which meets the functional security and information security requirements. In November last year, OneOS 3.0 real-time operating system of the Internet of things was released, with a cumulative installed capacity of more than 30 million units.
