Officials say the aim is to share the capabilities of the technology platform with more industry partners, to use the ability to design innovative proteins to jointly develop more cutting-edge drugs and other life science projects, and to drive technological progress on the AIGP platform through challenging new tasks.

Before the release, the AIGP platform has been tested internally for a period of time, and nearly 20 partners and Baitusheng have carried out joint research and development cooperation on AIGP, among which many projects have achieved phased discovery results. The release of the Baitusheng AIGP platform means that the generation ability of innovative proteins on the platform has opened a new stage of "public testing".

According to the input and requirements of different modules, the AIGP platform can design and generate proteins with specific properties in a short time.

With the progress of the public testing phase for partners, Baitusheng plans to further open some functional modules from June 2023, so that professional users can directly use it independently, invoke AI's protein production ability in more research scenarios, and stimulate more life science exploration.
