TCL Huaxing said that narrow-frame technology refers to a more perfect video and gaming experience by reducing the size of the screen frame and increasing the screen share; the narrow-frame screen can also make the product more fashionable and technological, and improve the appearance of the product.
According to reports, TCL Huaxing further optimizes the narrow frame technology, realizing that the four-sided frame is as low as 1mm, the top and left frame is about 30% less than the traditional width, and the screen share is further improved, so that the product presents a shocking visual effect of a large screen while taking into account high appearance.
TCL Huaxing pointed out that it has optimized and innovated the new circuit structure of the lower frame. By transferring the Fanout wiring to the interior of the AA display area, the fanout wiring space needed for the lower frame is saved structurally, and the lower frame of the narrow frame product is at least 20% narrower than the existing products, so that the mobile phone has a larger display area, while still maintaining a delicate and smooth display effect.
In terms of cost, TCL Huaxing is developing a FIAA Slim design scheme, which can, to a certain extent, reduce the manufacturing process of the narrow frame screen body equipped with FIAA technology, reduce the screen body cost, and improve production efficiency.
In terms of power consumption, TCL Huaxing realizes the network distribution of the power supply VSS signal in the AA luminous area through the new wiring design in the pixel, thus reducing the metal resistance of the power transmission power signal. TCL Huaxing data shows that the display screen equipped with TCL Huaxing narrow frame technology can reduce the luminous power consumption by about 8% without adding the panel frame.
