To access the old Classic Properties menu based on the Control Panel in Windows 10 version 20H2, follow these steps:

Open Control Panel from the Start menu or Windows Search.

In the Control Panel, click the Address bar.

Enter "System" and press Enter, but do not select the suggestion page in the address bar.

Alternatively, you can paste "Control Panel\System and Security\System" in the address bar to access the old menu.

If you manually navigate to the control panel and click "systems," microsoft opens the settings app instead of you, but you can access the old traditional menu by following the steps above.

Obviously, Microsoft doesn't have an easy way to remove all legacy components. For now, the company is simply trying to hide legacy options to simplify the setup experience.
