CTOnews.com, March 23, 2010-Canonical introduced a new font called Ubuntu Font in its 2010 rebranding process. This sans serif is ideal for desktops and mobile devices, and the font is widely used by many companies and projects because of open licenses.

Thirteen years after the release of Ubuntu Font, Canonical announced an update to Ubuntu Font and plans to release it with Ubuntu 23.04 "Lunar Lobster". Canonical has invited community users to test the new font and welcomes users to report problems through screenshots.

CTOnews.com has the following command to upgrade and try the new font. You need to restart the system after the installation is completed. It should be noted, however, that the official method of rolling back to the previous font has not been announced.
