CTOnews.com March 23 news, market research agency IDC pointed out in the latest report, global game PC and game monitor shipments will continue to show a downturn in 2023.

The report points out that this year will continue to focus on clearing the backlog of inventory in 2022, which hinders manufacturers from launching new game PCs and game monitors.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that IDC believes that there are still huge challenges in the global economy this year, and the lack of obvious and meaningful upgrades for gaming PCs and gaming monitors cannot attract enough players to make purchases.

IDC believes that global gaming PC and gaming monitor shipments will outperform the overall PC and display market by 58.8 million units in 2023 and 75.1 million units in 2027.
