When I was hanging out on the Internet recently, I accidentally came across such a navigator in PPT!

Wow, what a cool feeling!

As a senior Excel rookie, what comes to mind is not what the navigator does in PPT, but the slicer of Excel!

Take a closer look, isn't it a bit like the slicer in Excel? It's all in one frame!

Then I immediately opened Excel and tried to make a chart like this.

1. Where can I use a slicer? Version required to use the slicer: version 2010 or above.

2. Slicer Settings now let's create a PivotTable and set the sales area to the slicer, which looks like this.

3, the slicer style design table has the table style, the PivotTable also has the PivotTable style, of course the slicer also has its own style!

In the slicer, we can create a new slicer style, or we can re-copy one of the original default styles and modify them.

It is not possible to modify the original style directly.

Hover over one of the default styles and right-click.

At this point, we can see that [modify] is gray, and we cannot directly modify the default style.

However, we can copy one and modify it based on the original default style.

We can take advantage of this to choose the default style that is close to our target style and modify it after copying it, which is faster than re-creating a new style and setting it one by one.

4. Element analysis of slicer We choose [New slicer style]. There are a series of "slicer elements" in "slicer style". We change the appearance of slicer through slicer elements.

The elements of the slicer can be divided into five categories, namely: slicer as a whole, slicer header, ordinary project, cancelled project, hover project.

"data has been selected" contains two, "selection" and "hover selection".

I have chosen Qingdao before. When I click on Qingdao, I set the style as red font and hover over it as black font.

By moving the picture below, you can see that when we hover, the style changes to a black bold font, and when we leave the hover, we return to the selected style.

Data in ❸ has been cancelled.

There are two in "data canceled", "not selected" and "hover not selected".

For the unselected style, I set the gray font and the hover does not choose the purple font.
