The circular points out that during the period from January 1 to October 31, 2023, after more than 30 operating vehicles are transferred out of the city, each additional vehicle will be given a freight subsidy of 800 yuan, and the maximum amount of support for a single enterprise will not exceed 2 million yuan. The enterprise shall, in accordance with the principle of accountable reimbursement, obtain incentive funds for vehicles transferred out of the vehicle after verification.

Enterprises with used car sales exceeding 5 million yuan during this period will be given a financial reward of 0.5% of their used car sales. The maximum amount of support for a single enterprise shall not exceed 5 million yuan.

It should be noted that the two incentive policies mentioned above can be applied for on top of each other.

Requirements for enterprise declaration:

An enterprise that is registered in the Beijing area and registered with the commercial department of this city and is engaged in the used car distribution business. The untrustworthy enterprises that have been included in the city's joint punishment "blacklist" and the list of bad credit records in Beijing's business sector will not be supported.

Declaration process:

During the period from June 1 to November 5, 2023, used car distribution enterprises submitted application materials on the website of Beijing Automobile Circulation Industry Association, which can be applied once or twice, but the second application materials should deduct the vehicle data and distribution quota rewarded for the first application.

The enterprise provides the following application materials:

1. Unified invoice photos of used car sales issued by the distribution enterprise

two。 Transfer or sale of motor vehicle registration certificate registration column relocation photos

3. Transfer out of second-hand vehicle statistics

4. Used car sales statistics

5. Letter of commitment
