Customers and partners who already use enterprise-class international Azure OpenAI services can apply for access to GPT-4 and start building applications using OpenAI's state-of-the-art models.

Through this milestone, support for Azure AI-optimized infrastructure, enterprise-class availability, compliance, data security and privacy control, and multiple integrations with other Azure services are proud to bring world-leading AI models to Azure customers, including GPT-3.5, ChatGPT and DALL E 2, officials said.

According to CTOnews.com, customers can start applying for access to GPT-4 services today. Billing for all GPT-4 services will begin on April 1, 2023, and the prices are as follows:
