CTOnews.com March 22 news, Gamma data today released the "February 2023 Game Industry report" said that in February 2023, the actual sales revenue of China's game market was 21.609 billion yuan, down 10.16% from the previous month and 22.72% from the same period last year, mainly affected by the end of the holiday.

The report points out that the month-on-month decline is due to the decrease in active users at the end of the Spring Festival holiday in February; the end of in-game-related activities after the holiday, and the decline in users' willingness to pay and activity; and the number of days in February is less than January. The length of time users pay is reduced. The year-on-year decline is due to the general performance of products during the Spring Festival holiday in the same period last year.

Data show that in February 2023, the actual sales revenue of China Mobile's game market was 15.486 billion yuan, down 12.11% from the previous month, and some products went against the trend; the actual sales revenue of China's client game market reached 5.326 billion yuan, down 5.75% from the previous month, an increase of 3.69% over the same period last year, and some head products did not perform as well as last month. The actual sales revenue of China's independent R & D games overseas market was US $1.239 billion (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 8.512 billion yuan), down 8.76% from the previous month, mainly affected by the weakening or fading of New year's activities, and the revenue of most products fell.

Judging from the TOP10 list of gamma data mobile games, "Arena of Valor", "Game for Peace", "original God", "three Kingdoms Strategic Edition", "Egg Party", "Chang'an Fantasy", "Crossing the Line of Fire: gunfight King", "Dream Journey to the West", "League of Legends Mobile Journey" and "Golden shovel Battle" ranked in the top 10.
