The method includes: determining that the vehicle is in the autopilot mode, collecting the driver information of the driver in the driving process; determining the target safe driving level of the driver according to the collected driver information; from the candidate autopilot mode of the vehicle, the target autopilot mode matching with the target safe driving level is obtained, and the operation authority of the target autopilot mode is authorized. The invention can automatically match the autopilot mode that conforms to the driver's current safe driving level for the driver, so as to ensure the driver's driving safety.

From this patent information, it is not difficult to see that this patent has a certain improvement in the safety of millet cars when starting self-driving mode.
