CTOnews.com March 21 news, the Information and Communications Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology today issued an App (SDK) notice on violations of users' rights and interests (the second batch of 2023, the 28th batch).

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized third-party testing agencies to inspect mobile Internet applications (App) and third-party software development kits (SDK) concerned by the public, such as life services, leisure and entertainment, and utilities. It is found that 55 App (SDK) infringes upon the rights and interests of users and is hereby notified.

The above-mentioned App and SDK shall be rectified in accordance with the relevant regulations. If the rectification and reform are not implemented in place, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with the regulations.
