For most photography themes, a clear and sharp picture is a very basic and important premise, and even experienced photographers are inevitably not clear enough when shooting.

In addition to the reasons of the machine itself, some of our preparations and operations will also have a more or less impact on the clarity of the photos. If you want to make your photos look clearer and sharper, you can pay attention to these points:

1. The influence of external factors such as dust, if you do not pay attention to the protection of the lens and the fuselage at ordinary times, especially if you do not pay attention to changing the lens, it is easy to get dust into the lens and fuselage, and mildew spots are easy to occur in the lens when the weather is wet.

Although dust is inevitable, if it is not cleaned in time, it will affect the final imaging quality.

Therefore, we usually have to pay attention to protect the lens and the fuselage, keep the environment clean and dry; on the other hand, before and after shooting, pay more attention to the situation of the lens, timely clean up dust and other small objects glued to the lens.

2. Although the UV mirror itself is light and thin, it is more vulnerable to dust pollution and bumps at the outermost end of the lens. At the same time, if the quality of the UV mirror itself is not good enough, it will also affect the clarity of the picture.

Especially in the backlight and other light contrast environment, one more layer of UV mirror may make the picture produce more glare and reduce the clarity of the picture.

So if the environment is safe enough and we have special requirements for image quality, we can unscrew the UV mirror during shooting.

3. The advantage of AF is to save time and provide great convenience for our shooting, but we'd better not get into the habit of relying on AF and don't put too much faith in AF.

Sometimes we can see that the subject is quite clear in the camera, but after uploading and checking, we will find that the picture is not clear enough.

If there is enough time, we can choose manual focus and zoom in to see if the main part is accurate. Many novices still have the problem of unclear shooting after mastering the exposure relationship, which is likely to be a mistake in focusing.

4. The imaging quality of the best aperture lens still varies under different aperture. For most lenses, F5.6-F11 is its own "best aperture". In this range, the imaging effect is the clearest and the picture quality is the best. Therefore, although many landscape photographers want to pursue a large depth of field, they still use this range of aperture to ensure picture quality.

Especially for those relatively cheap lenses such as spittoons and dog heads, this phenomenon is more obvious.

Although a lens like a small spittoon has a large aperture of 1.8, the image quality under the maximum aperture is poor, so it is rare to use such a large aperture.

Niutou and other high-end lenses generally do not have this obvious imaging difference, but still have their own best aperture.

If you do not know the best aperture of your lens, you can use the maximum aperture to lower the 2-4 gear, in this range, the imaging effect will be clearer and sharper.
