March 21 news, BOSS Direct hire released the fourth quarter of 2022 and full-year results. In 2022, the company's revenue reached 4.511 billion yuan, up 5.9% from the same period last year. The annual R & D expenditure reached 1.183 billion yuan, an increase of 43.9% over the same period last year.

In the fourth quarter, the average MAU of BOSS direct employment reached 30.9 million, an increase of 26.6% over the same period last year. In the same period, the company achieved revenue of 1.08 billion yuan, which was the same as the same period last year. Under non-general accounting standards, the adjusted net profit is 59.45 million yuan.

From January to February, 2023, BOSS directly hired about 9 million new users. Driven by strong growth, revenue in the first quarter of 2023 is expected to be in the range of 1.25 billion yuan to 1.27 billion yuan, with year-on-year growth in the range of 9.8% and 11.6%.

During the performance call, BOSS Direct Employment further predicted that the company's calculated cash collection would reach an all-time high in the first quarter of 2023, with an increase of more than 45 per cent month-on-month and 25 per cent year-on-year, respectively.

In addition, according to the BOSS Direct Employment announcement on March 20, the company's board of directors has approved a new phase of the share buyback plan, which is expected to buy back up to $150 million of shares in the next 12 months.
