Specifically, in February 2023, China Unicom had 887.328 million "big connection" users, including 219.761 million 5G package users and 406.56 billion Internet of Things terminal connections.

CTOnews.com learned from the announcement of China Unicom that the cumulative arrival number of "big connection" users = cumulative arrival number of mobile billing users + cumulative arrival number of fixed network broadband users + cumulative arrival number of fixed network local telephone users + cumulative arrival number of Internet of Things terminal connections + cumulative arrival number of networking special line users.

In addition, the number of patents authorized by China Unicom reached 162 in February 2023, the problem solving rate of intelligent customer service reached 98.1% in that month, and the intelligent customer service accounted for 80.6% in that month.

By contrast, China Unicom had 872.75 million "big connection" users in January 2023, including 215.795 million 5G package users and 395.41 million Internet of Things terminal connections.
