CTOnews.com, March 20, the latest Counterpoint data show that shipments of smart home security cameras in India increased by 44% in 2022 compared with the same period last year.

Xiaomi ranked first with a market share of 33% in 2022.

The range of 1500 roubles to 2500 rubles accounts for the highest proportion of product shipments, with a market share of 64 per cent.

Tapo achieved 88% growth, ranking second with a market share of 17%.

Fluorite market accounts for 16%, ranking third, with shipments almost doubling.

Indoor intelligent security cameras account for more than 80% of total shipments.

Indian brands accounted for 23 per cent of total shipments in 2022, while local production was 12 per cent, according to Varun Gupta, a research analyst.
