China Radio and Television warned at that time that the customer service of the e-commerce platform would not make outbound calls with the paragraph "192". If in doubt, users can consult through the customer service in the official App of e-commerce, and do not trust people who claim to be customer service on strange phones.

In early January this year, the net Security Battalion of Pinghu City received a report from the public that it had handled five radio and television mobile phone cards with section "192" in late December last year, which were later taken away and used for criminal use. In the light of the recent high incidence of telephone fraud in the "192" section, the Pinghu Municipal Bureau, together with the Radio and Television Company, conducted a comprehensive investigation and rectification of the "192" section, and found that many migrant workers in the city were abnormally handling mobile phone cards in the "192" section of the Radio and Television Company.

After investigation, the network security brigade of Pinghu City found a gang of credit aids running between Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces and one city. Through the development of human resources companies at various levels, the gang opened the supply cards for card personnel, provided the radio and television cards charged at a low price and high prices to the GOIP gang, and provided remote terminal services for overseas fraud gangs to defraud domestic personnel and property.

In February this year, the Wang'an Brigade of Pinghu City arrested 20 suspects in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places, including 793 serial cases, involving 25 provinces and cities across the country, involving a total amount of 117.3 million yuan. At present, the above personnel have been taken criminal compulsory measures by the Pinghu Public Security Bureau to help information network criminal activities.
