According to YouTuber @ Nintendo Prime, developer Next Level Games is developing a F-Zero GX remake for Nintendo Switch.

CTOnews.com found that the studio had previously worked on works such as Luigi Pavilion 3 and Mario Guild Wars: battle League, but had undergone restructuring after being acquired by Nintendo, so today's development team has changed a lot from the team that produced Luigi Pavilion 3.

Nintendo Prime claimed that he had contacted people familiar with the matter and learned some information about "F-Zero GX". It has been revealed that the studio is currently working on two different works, and that "F-Zero GX" copy is a game similar to "Galaxy Warrior Prime copy".

It is reported that the original "F-Zero GX" was developed by Amusement Vision in 2003 and released on the Nintendo GameCube platform, which uses the more advanced Super Monkey Ball engine, while the arcade version is jointly developed by Nintendo, Namco and Sega, that is, F-Zero AX, which was released on Sega's GX platform in 2003.

F-Zero X's sequel, F-Zero GX, continues the challenging, fast-paced racing style of the series, while retaining the core gameplay and control of the Nintendo 64 game, with an emphasis on responsiveness and "track memory".

In the "Story Mode" section of GX, the player plays the role of F-Zero pilot Captain Falcon and completes a total of nine chapters.
