According to reports, compared with the second generation launched more than a year ago, the new generation of automatic work vehicles has increased its deadweight from about 400kg to about 910kg. Its loading area is about the size of two pallets and is lower than before, making it easier to load and unload goods.

At the same time, the third generation of autopilot is faster than in the past, reaching a speed of about 16 km / h, with a range of up to 10 hours, and can rely on the GPS, radar, LiDAR, camera and other components on the front bar to more accurately avoid obstacles and pass through "challenging" terrain.

In addition, managers can control it remotely through the cloud. Honda said: "past field tests have successfully proved that a number of Honda automatic work vehicles can deliver building materials and materials in precise locations along predetermined routes."

Honda said the third-generation automated work vehicle was ready to actually solve the industry's labor shortage and site transportation problems, and was looking for potential partners at the CONEXPO construction trade show in Las Vegas on March 14.
