BYD officially announced that based on the new car hardware, BYD has now built a new NFC digital key to support iPhone and other brands, the frigate 07.

BYD says it does not need a network and can unlock, lock and start the vehicle even when the iPhone or Apple Watch is under weak power (within five hours).

CTOnews.com learned from BYD officials that iPhone's NFC digital key function is currently supported only by frigates 07 and 2023 dolphin models, and other models are also actively evaluating the installation plan, which will be launched one after another in the future.
