CTOnews.com March 19 news, Asustek released the ASUS X670 / B650 1003 Beta BIOS update at the forum, bringing a variety of functional updates, such as support for non-binary DDR5 memory such as 24/48GB.

First of all, CTOnews.com must remind you here: these are test BIOS and are not suitable for public use. Therefore, unless it is absolutely necessary (for example, 24/48GB memory has been purchased), there is no reason to try these new BIOS right now, and we strongly recommend that you wait for the official release before updating.

Asustek's internal overclocking master Shamino has confirmed that the first batch of BIOS suitable for the AMD 600series is now on the market. The firmware will enable 24GB and 48GB non-binary DDR5 memory support on the AMD 600 series platform and was confirmed by Asustek employees earlier this week.

Currently, the platforms supported by the new BIOS include eight X670E and a B650 motherboard, such as ROG Strix, Crosshair and Creator motherboards, but no other series is mentioned.
