The annual shareholders' meeting will be held online in the form of virtual meetings. The company also announced a change in the membership of the board of directors. Effective March 13, 2023, Mr. Matthias Aydt ceased to be a member of the board of directors of FF and Ms. Han Li was appointed by the board of directors to succeed Mr. Matthias Aydt. Mr. Matthias Aydt will continue to serve as Executive Senior Vice President of Global products and focus all his energies on the upcoming FF 91 Futurist.

Since January 2022, Ms. Han Li has served as General Counsel for Mirana Corp., a global investment company specializing in third-generation Internet (Web3) technology. Ms. Han Li is an experienced business consultant and hands-on lawyer who has led billions of dollars in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, venture capital, private equity and fund investments. and has extensive experience in supervising information disclosure, governance and corporate compliance plans of listed companies in the judicial field. Ms. Han Li was a partner in the Hong Kong office of O'Melveny & Myers and a former general counsel of Shanda Group. In addition, Ms. Han Li has worked as a lawyer and other positions at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She holds a doctorate in law from Columbia University, a Master of Arts degree from Peking University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fudan University.

The following matters will be discussed at FF's annual general meeting:

1. Elect the seven directors mentioned in the accompanying proxy statement for a term of office until the annual shareholders' meeting in 2024.

two。 Approved the selection of Mazars US LLP as the company's independent CPA firm as of December 31, 2023.

3. To consider other matters that may be appropriately submitted to the annual shareholders' general meeting for consideration.

Faraday said recently that, subject to timely funding from the company's investors and suppliers meeting the requirements of the supply chain, FF plans to start production of its flagship FF 91 Futurist at FF ieFactory California, a manufacturing plant in Hanford, California, on March 30, 2023, with the first cars off the assembly line in early April 2023 and delivered to customers by the end of April 2023.

According to reports, through the Product and Technology Generation 2.0 (PT Gen 2.0) project, FF is completing the final testing and verification of FF 91 Futurist. The upgrade from PT 1.0 to PT 2.0 includes major upgrades to vehicles and systems and core components in the field of I.A.I. (core advanced systems, namely intelligence, self-driving and the Internet). PT 2.0 is achieved through upgrades of 26 major systems and components, of which 13 key upgrades run through power systems, batteries, charging, chassis and interiors, while another 13 are from computing, sensing, communications, user interaction and FF 91 Futurist performance.
