In Gansu and Qingyang, the construction of the national data center cluster will be started. After completion, it will focus on serving the computing needs of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and other regions, and build a nationwide computing support base. Of the eight national computing hubs already under construction, nearly 70 new data center projects have been started this year, of which the construction scale of new data centers in the western region has exceeded 600,000 racks, double that of the same period last year. At this point, the national computing network architecture has been initially formed.

Since the launch of the "calculation of the East and the West" project, the new investment in the whole country has exceeded 400 billion yuan, and during the whole "14th five-year Plan" period, it will lead to a cumulative investment of more than 3 trillion yuan in all aspects.
