According to CTOnews.com news on March 17, Horse Zhihang announced today that it has obtained the license for the first batch of demonstration applications of "unmanned remote phase outside the vehicle" (unmanned vehicle) in Beijing's high-level self-driving demonstration zone, and is allowed to start self-driving travel service (Robotaxi) for the whole vehicle in Yizhuang, Beijing. Citizens will be able to get a "unmanned car" through the pony Zhixing travel software PonyPilot +.

According to reports, since the horse Zhihang obtained the test permit for the "remote phase outside the unmanned vehicle" on December 30 last year, 10 completely unmanned vehicles have been tested for three months on the open road in Yizhuang area.

Under the license, Horse Zhixing can carry out unmanned Robotaxi service in an area of 60 square kilometers in Beijing's Yizhuang Economic Development District. Through PonyPilot +, citizens can call to a real self-driving vehicle without safety guards, and go to many destinations such as subway entrance, key business district, citizen park, residential district and so on.

Prior to this, Ma Zhihang launched a fully unmanned self-driving test in Guangzhou in June 2021 and opened the experience of completely unmanned Robotaxi to invited users.
